superb location and friendly staff!
central location helpful staff spacious room
the location is great as it is very close to the city center with easy access to tram stops and the main square. the reception staff were helpful. they assisted me with every request. the room was spacious and well-kept.
I had to navigate through some obstacles to reach the entrance.

non-functional internet misleading photos
I found a couple of things disappointing. the room was quite cold. I think the heating was completely off on november 27th. also, the internet didn't work (a big problem for me).

my beautiful double room had a sizable shower room. doors in the room were easily managed and in good shape. reception was very friendly upon my arrival. the cleaning lady definitely does a good job
road work made getting to the entrance a bit difficult

i found the breakfast service excellent and efficient. the room included air conditioning, very useful. staff were friendly and check-in was smooth, i was able to quickly access my room.
the noise started early and made access slightly difficult.

a decent hotel for a short stay
helpful staff good breakfast
the staff are helpful. the location is close to the main square. the adjoining restaurant has a good breakfast buffet. the restaurant transforms into an italian restaurant in the afternoons.
Our taxi dropped us off at the end of the road. we had to maneuver across the building site with our suitcases. the bed, although a super king size, was hard and not very comfortable.
